Fire up Netflix and give this plant-based peanut butter chocolate drizzle popcorn a try for National Popcorn Day. We made this peanut butter popcorn for National Popcorn Day and it is the perfect treat for your next movie night! It's super easy to make, and uses dairy-free ingredients you might already have laying around in kitchen.
• 8 cups popped popcorn
• 1/4 cup coconut sugar (feel free to substitute for sugar of your choice)
• 1/3 cup agave or honey
• 1/2 cup natural, creamy peanut butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 Cup Take Two Original Barleymilk
Add Take Two Original Barleymilk to melted chocolate chips.
Pop popcorn and set it aside on a baking sheet.
In a saucepan, heat coconut sugar and agave over medium heat until boiling.
Remove from heat and add in your peanut butter and vanilla extract, stir until combined and smooth.
Drizzle mixture over popcorn and spread onto baking sheet.
Melt chocolate chips and combine with Take Two Original Barleymilk until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
