Eggscuse me? Did someone say plant-based eggnog? Take Two Spiced Barleynog is here. It's a rich, creamy, & a totally festive drink you can whip up easily for any holiday dinner! With this recipe, they'll be no more to passing on the eggnog! Entirely egg-free and dairy-free, you can pour yourself some vegan barleynog all winter long. Don't forget to pair it with a gingerbread cookie--a personal favorite for the marketing folks here at Take Two!
• 4 Cups Take Two Original Barleymilk
• 1/4 Cup Coconut Cream
• 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
• 3/4 tsp. Nutmeg
• 1 Pinch Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 1 minute.
Cover and refrigerate before serving. Let rest overnight if possible (this will help the flavors blend).
Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves in a bowl.
